Job Summary

Providing lead coach experience supporting the Program Manager Under general supervision, this position provides support and information to clients and serves as a liaison to ensure accuracy and streamlined processes.

Primary Responsibilities
 Provide services as described on the Life Skills Coach job descriptionProvide support to the branch Program ManagerProvides coverage support for optimum billing for the assigned branch.Provides support for client home visit(s)/check(s) and client inquires.Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education:                  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent may be substituted with work experience

Experience:                 Case Management experience
2 years of Case Manager or Life Skills Coach experience
2 years of experience working with Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities
                                   
Knowledge/Skills:      Organization, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient writing and grammar skills. Creative thinking.
