Lead Line Cook – Bahama Bar at Esplanade Lakewood Ranch
Esplanade Lakewood Ranch is looking for a Lead Line Cook to join the team at the Bahama Bar, our casual, Florida-inspired outdoor dining venue. This position is perfect for an experienced cook who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality, consistent dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the line during service, ensuring food is prepared to standard and plated consistently.
Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization.
Maintain a clean and efficient workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Support the kitchen team and communicate effectively with BOH and FOH staff.
Help train and mentor line cooks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen.
Strong knife skills and knowledge of grill, sauté, and fry stations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
