As a Logistics Leader, you will manage transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers. Leading logistics operations for warehouse and shipping department while providing visibility and support for inbound shipments based in Deer Park, TX.
As a Lead Logistics Leader, you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with Sourcing & Procurement Organization to Prioritize Inbound Freight Activities from internal and external suppliers.Monitoring and providing analysis to maintain and/or reduce Logistics & Duty Costs by working with Finance teams and Global Logistics team.Ensuring timely shipment execution for outbound activities to Channel Partners and End Customers.Leading On-Site 3rd Party Logistics team. Monitor and analyze KPIs & Metrics for execution to provide visibility.Monitoring and minimizing quality escapes due to Logistics execution with On-Site Team.Collaborating with 3rd Party Logistic provider and Baker Hughes Customs team to ensure on time inbound delivery of high priority orders.Providing leadership and collaborate with warehouse/operations/valve leadership to outbound pull system ensuring daily OTD execution.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor degree from an accredited university or college and 3+ yrs of experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain ManagementHave good interpersonal skills, inclusive working style and able to effectively interface with all levels of internal organization and external customersWork in a way that works for you
