Job Title: Lead Machine Operator
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Machine Operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a machining environment and proficient in performing machine changeovers and setups.

ResponsibilitiesPerform machine changeovers and setups efficiently.Operate grinding machines and other related machinery.Read and interpret blueprints for production tasks.Inspect products using calipers and tape measures.Ensure general labor tasks are completed as required.Maintain a safe and clean working environment.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years of experience in machine operation.Proficiency in operating grinding machines.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience in using inspection tools such as calipers and tape measures.Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsGeneral production experience.Experience in a machine shop environment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a machining environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role includes operating various machinery and performing inspections. The work hours and dress code will be discussed during the interview process.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montebello, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
