KPM is looking for an Lead Maintenance to join the team at our in our Dallas, TX property! This is a full time position and compensation will range based on experience. The Lead Maintenance role is responsible for overseeing the physical property, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects. Responsibilities: + Coordinate, schedule, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and units + Coordinate and schedule appropriate safety and skills training for maintenance employees + Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance + Oversee maintenance staff, prepare weekly maintenance schedules, and allocate work to appropriate team members + Contribute to the development of the overall maintenance budget and ensure compliance at the property + Monitor inventory of materials and equipment and replenish as needed + Perform other duties assigned Requirements: + 300+ units and 3 + years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or related role + HVAC and EPA certified + High School Diploma or Equivalent required + Customer service experience + Must have a valid driver’s license + Bilingual is a plus, but not required + Must be flexible and dependable + Must be a team player Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: + Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday + Push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach above shoulders + Must be able to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds + Must be able to work indoors / outdoors or in extreme weather conditions + Must be able to work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule
