**Lead Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** Tasks include managing the daily maintenance activities, ensuring all plant equipment remains operational and all utilities (air, electricity, cooling, etc.) are available. Perform preventive maintenance through the use of scheduled work and identify and implement continuous improvement for plant equipment. Act as the lead in the maintenance department, taking direction from the Engineering or Operations Manager. Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation, working with other mechanics. Work with production and contractors to complete scheduled, preventive, predictive, and emergency repairs for all equipment and grounds on the plant site.
