Job Summary

The Lead TM QCC Maintenance is responsible for providing additional leadership and guidance to the Maintenance Technicians during the work shift while serving as the first level of response and trouble-shooting for equipment breakdowns and regular preventative maintenance schedules for various Quality Control Center machinery and equipment

Duties and Responsibilities
Diagnose and respond quickly to downtime issues, serving as the first responder to downtime events
Effectively communicate between management team and technical team with regards to downtime events
Serve as the work flow Coordinator providing guidance through urgent Production issues, triage issues and field technical questions to management regarding breakdowns and other equipment issues
Assist with the training and orientation of new department team members
Perform preventative maintenance duties as assigned.
Assist with all aspects of new equipment installation.
Evaluate and maintain all equipment to ensure or improve production efficiency.   Ensure equipment adheres to all applicable safety requirements.
Assist management in scheduling maintenance projects.
Work with contractors as needed.
Maintain accurate and complete departmental records.

Additional Job Description

Education, Experience & Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Trade apprenticeship and/or college preferred.
Minimum five (5) years industrial maintenance experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28-$32 per hour
