We are seeking a Lead Maintenance Tech to join our team in California. This position involves handling all maintenance issues at the Merakey properties in the Sacramento, California area, as well as coordinating maintenance for Merakey properties throughout the state of California.

Candidates must be proficient in:

Performing surface preparation and paint Desk and furniture repair Wall and ceiling tile repair Electrical repairs Roof repairs HVAC repairs and ongoing maintenance Parking lot repair and maintenance Plumbing repair and maintenance Grounds maintenance and snow removal Lock repairs Renovations and upgrades

Earn $25 per hour.
