Our optical lab is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our growing manufacturing operation.

Shift:   2nd (Sundays-Thursdays, 4:00pm - 12:30am) 

10% shift differential added to base pay PLUS bi-weekly bonus opportunities, great PTO plan and benefits!

Job Description

Expert Maintenance Technician responsible for servicing and maintaining equipment located in the optical manufacturing lab, acting with oversight in a team Lead role.  Duties include:

Providing leadership to the maintenance crewLead associates by ensuring they stay on task and in proper place for optimal workflowEnsure work orders are handled to resolve machine issues, while minimizing down time affecting production effortsTrain associates as directed by the Maintenance SupervisorMaintain Preventative Maintenance equipment logs and checklistsService CNC Edgers, CNC Generators, BlockersFollow company's Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, suggest safety measures Perform other tasks and lead functions as assigned

QualificationsAssociate's Degree/Technical School Degree or equivalent work experience3-5 years experience in the maintenance, diagnosis and repair of complex equipment and industrial equipment (Electronics, CNC type equipment preferred)Proven troubleshooting skills on complex equipmentExperience working with PLC's, programmingExperience in a team Lead roleAbility to read and troubleshoot electrical/electronic diagrams requiredOptical manufacturing experience preferredMust be able to read and write English
