Maintain Process and Industry Standards and SpecificationsIdentify follow-up work requiredAcquire planned materials, tools and documentation for planned work, and work order information for reactive workInvestigate job site if required – determine scope of work (reactive work)Prepare work site – scaffolding, safety, etcRespond to interruption work from immediate supervisorMove to next job after completion or as directed by Maintenance SupervisorWith the Maintenance Supervisor, resolve problems as needed to perform workComplete Closeout Activities including, Tool accountability / Parts reconciliation, Sanitation tagging / Notification to Production, return unused materials and tools, Functional Operations test complete, and arrange for PDM validationComplete, Sign and return hardcopy Work Order to Maintenance Supervisor complete with, Work Description, SymptomsRequired Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodationMust be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions with the use of PPE, which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etcAbility to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)Basic use of a computerPreferred Qualifications
Previous Cargill experienceWork history in the past 12 monthsMinimum of 5 years industrial maintenance experience or completed training for Industrial Maintenance MechanicConsidered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
