Manufacturing or process related experience. salary: $55,000 - $80,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Ensures the maintenance strategy for the plant aligns with the business goals by identifying, planning, and prioritizing work, developing, and supporting plans for improvement, identifying, and preparing capital project proposals.  Effectively develops, scopes, and executes projects to drive safety, reliability, and productivity.  Effectively manage all capital projects/installations and delivers results in a timely and cost-effective manner.  Helps to maintain budget (labor, contractor, repair & replacement) and inventory of spare parts in a fiscally responsible manner.  Lead and manage the daily activities of the Maintenance Technicians (i.e. daily scheduling, reviewing job completion, performance, policy compliance, etc.).  Lead and support the Maintenance Technicians from onboarding through job certification, including assisting with performance reviews, scheduling training courses, and providing coaching and work experiences to build their skills.  Execute maintenance activities by coordinating with the Operations team to plan and identify priority work, schedule resources, and work within the budget guidelines.  Active participant in the daily huddles, and plant planning meetings.  Reviews the daily RWP (Reliability Work Process) process to prioritize the operations and maintenance tasks and achieve sustained facility reliability.  Off-shift resource for complex troubleshooting of production systems.
