Lead Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Lead Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to manage a building portfolio in Somerville, Cambridge, and Boston. The ideal candidate must possess a high level of communication skills and be proficient in using Prism CMMS. **Responsibilities** + Perform electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance. + Conduct preventative maintenance and repair residential maintenance issues. + Work on electrical appliances, HVAC equipment such as mini splits, and washer/dryer units. + Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues. + Utilize hand tools effectively. + Complete work orders and assignments in a timely manner. + Provide excellent customer service. + Maintain accurate records using CMMS. + Conduct carpentry work as needed. **Essential Skills** + 2-4 years of experience in maintenance technician roles. + Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems. + Tech-savvy with the ability to use CMMS software. + High level of communication skills for work order assignments. + Valid driver's license. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Customer service skills. + Ability to troubleshoot and repair various maintenance issues. + Comfortable driving from property to property. + Team player with the ability to work independently. + Boston-area based for on-call purposes. **Why Work Here?** We offer a work vehicle, company bonuses based on high performance, and free parking at all locations. This role requires travel between properties and a collaborative yet independent work approach. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
