Lead Maintenance Technician - Dept. 913 (1st shift)

.Job Summary: 

To build new electrical panels and wire new and existing automated machines components including the troubleshooting, adjustment and programming of programmable logic controllers, vision systems, servos and other new technologies.  

 

Essential Functions:

Plans and performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical, robotic, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles of operation, including onsite design. Reads and interprets diagrams, drawings, specifications, and instructions to modify new and existing machines and equipment. Uses full range of measuring, gauging, analysis, machine and hand tools to modify new and existing machines and equipment. Sets up and installs new equipment at DMTN and other outside DENSO companies. Trains production engineers, maintenance associates and production associates on the operation and technology of the modified and new equipment. Communicates with the electrical engineers and production engineer on problems, results and corrective actions during the build and installation of equipment. Maintains clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.

Requirements:

Must have 6 months of DENSO experience by service date for internal movement No active discipline Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
