Lead Major Account Mgr - TS/SCI and CI Poly Required

The Lead Major Account Manager (MAM) is responsible for new and existing business across the specific territory supporting the Intelligence Community. The MAM will be responsible for constructing and executing short- and medium-term sales strategies in the account.  The MAM will work with other team members in forecasting, building pipeline, and customer engagement. Teamwork and leadership are essential qualities in this position. Teamwork skills are of paramount importance.  MAM duties will include, but not be limited to, the following: 

Construct an Annual Business Plan focused on near-term and medium-term program opportunities to include Major Programs of Record, Network Refresh, Upgrades, etc. Provide leadership to engineering and support resources both within and outside the sales team. Establish and Nurture Relationships with Key Technical, Operational, Acquisition, and Business Executives and Decision Makers Represent the Most Pressing Technical, Mission and Business Requirements to Federal and Corporate Leadership. All required administrative tasks to include forecasting, program tracking, and other duties as assigned. Achieve, or exceed, yearly quota

Qualifications:

US Citizen Requirement Active TS/SCI Clearance with current CI Poly required 7-10+ Years of Sales, Sales Engineering or Program Management Experience Combination of product and services expertise in the networking, software, storage, or computing fields Experience with Virginia IC agencies is required. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Minimum Salary: $239,360.00

Maximum Salary:$344,080.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $239,360.00 and $344,080.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
