WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LEAD MANAGER HCM - PAYROLL

SENIORITY LEVEL: Junior Level

FUNCTION: Human Resources

LOCATION: Winston-Salem, NC   USA

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Provide SAP Payroll technical support and own the design, implementation and testing of new and current configuration changes

Maintain the SAP payroll environments by owning the implementation and testing of service packs, software upgrades and other system updates

Partner with internal and external resources to ensure accurate payroll processing and problem resolution.

Supportthe payroll team for biweekly, monthly, and off-cycle payroll processing, ensuring deadlines are met.

Safeguard and ensure confidentiality of HR and payroll data

Build and run ad-hoc reports to extract payroll data, as needed, for external and internal collaborators.

Drive priorities and lead projects to support business initiatives.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

3 - 5 years in corporate payroll environment (Global Payroll is beneficial)

Experience with SAP Payroll (Employee Central (EC) Payroll)

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member and lead

Proficient in the use of office technologies (MS Excel, Outlook, and Word)

Demonstrated technical ability to understand data flow and system interaction

Federal, state, and local tax knowledge and ability to update system configuration as needed.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Payroll certification desirable (FPC or CPP)

BENEFICIAL

Experience with SOX compliance internal controls and testing

Experience with ADP SmartCompliance

Experience with handling third-party vendors, project requirements and timelines.

Timekeeping system knowledge, Kronos

Paid Leave:
