WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
In this critical role you will be responsible for ensuring our pricing data solutions are developed and deployed effectively.Leading new projects and initiatives, from initial interaction with clients during the requirements discovery phase through implementation and deployment of the completed projectLeading the technical direction for areas of responsibility by driving decisions and leading our technology delivery teamsOperational excellence and continuous improvement for responsible processes/systemsLeading and driving technical support teams toward project achievements and accurate delivery. Ability to lead and work through technical solutioning including identifying key requirements, technical limitations, and blockers to project delivery.Responsible for identifying technical gaps and potential solutions with technical support teams in order to drive business value.Responsible for architecting backend solutions to support pricing and discounting processesEager to explore and identify new technologies, processes, and architectures to build a foundation for transformation.ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Minimum 2 years IT or related experience and large, cross-functional project experience requiring extensive business client collaboration.Experience in enterprise-level integration tools, techniques, & architecture and experience with project management and Agile software development.Experience in team-based work; thrives in a flexible atmosphere and can easily adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to effectively identify technical gaps and potential solutions with technical support teams in order to drive business value.Strong technical proficiency in the following: Modern database systems, SQL and/or python programmingCloud computing & big data technologies (AWS preferred)ETL technologies/methodsDesire to be a self-starter by taking the initiative to lead and influence others to accomplish goalsEager to come up with new technical process to help drive efficiencies for our Growth Management toolsets and Familiarity with BI/Analytic tools, MS Office proficiency.4-year degree with a focus in computer science, information technology, or related field.BENEFICIAL
