As a Lead Manufacturing Associate at Honeywell, you will be accountable for lead manufacturing Maintenance in our Baton Rouge location within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business unit. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and work on-site in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing maintenance, meeting production targets, and maintaining quality standards. You will guide a team of manufacturing associates, providing guidance, training, and facilitation to ensure their success.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\n\nGuide and supervise a team of manufacturing associates, providing guidance, training, and facilitation \n\n\n\n\nEnsure manufacturing operations meet production targets and quality standards \n\n\n\n\nMonitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions \n\n\n\n\nWork with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement \n\n\n\n\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies \n\n\n\n\nMaintain accurate production records and documentation \n\n\n\nThe application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

\nYOU MUST HAVE
\n\n\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent \n\n\n\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance \n\n\n\n\nStrong guide skills and the ability to effectively manage a team \n\n\n\n\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities \n\nWE VALUE
