Job Description SummaryProject management related to Services and MRO readiness of Supply Chain organization for Catalyst program . Responsible for Gate 1 (disassembly, cleaning, inspection) and Gate 3 (Assembly & Test) readiness and capacity expansion + supporting Gate 2 (repairs ) staff . Functions with autonomy but uses guidance by his/her leader and established policies or review of end results.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

Responsibility for industrialization of Engines MRO set up, Gate 1 - 3 , spare parts management

Coordination and supervision of capacity, capability,

Managing active cooperation of departments: supply chain, product management and engineering.

Creating reports for management.

TG (milestones) management.
 

Required Qualifications

Opportunity for candidates with experience to grow to senior level in multi disciplinary, multi location environment. (Mid career position. )

Experience with launch management.

Experience in Aviation services and/or MRO world

Fluent English and Czech language, both written and spoken.

Experience in Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment required.

Advanced knowledge of Excel.

Desired Characteristics

Ability to analyze and resolve problems efficiently.

Advantage: aviation industry experience

Self motivation to deliver on goals& objectives
