This is a customer-facing role with ownership of quality assurance of products, services, and manufacturing processes, including conformance in manufacturing, incoming goods control, product inspection, witness points, customer audits, etc. **Roles and Responsibilities:** + Lead and manage quality assurance activities within the production environment. + Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures. + Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and products. + Identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. + Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. + Train and mentor production staff on quality standards and best practices. + Analyze quality data and generate reports to track performance and identify trends. + Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes. + Support new product development and introduction by providing quality input and oversight. **Required Qualifications** : + Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Quality) + Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Quality **Preferred Qualifications** : + Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or Continuous Improvement + Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools + Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100 + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Strong leadership and team management abilities + Effective communication and interpersonal skills + Proficiency in using quality inspection equipment and software + Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma) _This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
