**Job Title:** Lead Market Development
**Location:** Dallas, TX
**Position Overview:**
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by conducting market research, creating strategic alliances and partnership programs, and developing strategies for expanding distribution and driving growth. This role requires in-office presence at least 5 days per week and is exclusively located in Dallas, TX. No relocation assistance is provided.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Strategic Planning and Execution:** Develop and implement comprehensive short and long-term strategies to drive market growth and achieve business objectives. Lead the design and analysis of strategic initiatives for new and existing products and services.
+ **Program and Project Management:** Oversee launch and communication plans at national and market levels. Ensure alignment with business needs and manage strategic partnerships, negotiating engagement terms.
+ **Partnership and Alliance Management:** Enhance market presence and drive revenue through strategic partnerships and alliances. Continuously assess partner needs and business drivers.
+ **Market Research and Analysis:** Conduct thorough market research and provide detailed data analytics to inform strategic decision-making. Optimize market strategies and improve program effectiveness, including competitive analysis and market trends.
+ **Compliance and Collaboration:** Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams to drive results and innovation.
**Job Contribution:** An experienced professional recognized as an expert in creatively resolving complex issues. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influences executive decisions, mentors less experienced staff, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
+ 5+ years of related experience
+ Certification required in some areas
**Compensation:** Earn between $143,800 - $215,800 USD annually. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
