The Role The Main ResponsibilitiesMedia & Public Relations
Create and execute the media & PR strategy for APAC markets in coordination with regional sales, product & marketing teamsEngage and secure media opportunities to increase Lumen’s share of Voice in the marketFormulate key media messages for media engagements and one-on-one interview sessions Coordinate media relations activities, Track media coverage and successes Own and Day-to-day management of PR agency with a hub-and-spoke model covering Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and Japan.Execute the region’s PR strategy using tactics such as media releases, customer stories, trends and news hooks.Elevate key business leaders through the building of their profile and creating unique narratives.Social Media Marketing
Manage Lumen Technologies social media channels and maintain content calendar.Create social media friendly content by leveraging existing long-form content.Manage social media presence and develop thought leadership profile for key business leadersCommunications
Provide strategic communications counsel to business leaders.Support internal communications initiative which includes internal announcements, executive communications quarterly All-Hands and Employee Resource Groups.What We Look For in a Candidate 3+ years’ experience in communications, media and analyst relations in relevant fields3-5 years of digital marketing experience including budgets, digital strategiesEnterprise B2B experience preferredExperience working in marketing agency will be an advantageExperience working with Marketo, SalesForce and Adobe tools preferredGood writing and verbal communications skillsAbility to work with senior leadership to develop stories and contentEducation background in communications, marketing, media, or PR

Strong interest in technology and B2B stories with the ability to simplify technical informationA self-starter who is ambitious and able to work well independently and effectively with other comms/marketing colleagues.
