In this highly visible role, you will support our Marketing connection framework and governance, enabling AT&T’s way of Marketing. You are a cross-functional marketing expert who leverages data to drive progress across stakeholders, mitigates risks before they emerge and are a go-to for solving the most challenging problems. You thrive on driving clarity, cohesion, and consistency by developing new systems, processes, and thinking to effectively enable our marketing machine. Responsible for cross-functional management of Marketing Governance forums, driving strategic alignment and efficiency across AT&T’s portfolio. Facilitates agenda planning for intake and campaign management forums for all relevant stakeholders across Product and Brand Marketing. The ideal candidate would be considered a Marketing expert and have experience in driving change in a large organization. They should be grounded in strategic campaign management, continuous improvement, and process optimization with expert project management skills **Key Responsibilities** + **Enablement of AT&T way of Marketing** : + Enable AT&T’s way of Marketing through collaboration across the Marketing & Growth Organization and partner organizations to ensure successful execution of the strategic vision. + Support marketing stakeholders to reach goals, mitigate risk and remove roadblocks, documenting all key information so improved process can be replicated. + Responsible for campaign management team capacity planning and codifying campaign management processes. + **Oversight and discipline for governance** + Drive rigor around AT&T’s way of Working for planned and ad-hoc programs and consistently seek ways to create efficiencies. + Keen attention to detail for timelines to ensure clear communication at the working and executive level to assist in clear and timely decision-making for each campaign milestone. + Conduct retrospectives and other working sessions with all levels of leadership. + **Strategic coordination to ensure optimized execution** + Ensure every marketing execution is optimized at launch and continue to find efficiencies while it remains in market. + Cross-analyze multiple layers of planning from strategic annual planning to channel and messaging-specific plans. + **Project management** + Utilize working knowledge of Adobe Workfront or similar workflow management tool. + Manage the record keeping, alerts & variances, and timelines of the campaign to ensure our marketing records remain up to date with the latest strategies and documentation. **Qualifications** + Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with an ability to create structure and process, building something from nothing. + Ability to work autonomously and to take initiative, managing multiple large-scale projects at a time. + Executive presence to inspire confidence with internal and external constituents. + Collaborative and willing to roll up their sleeves with the team and get close to the details. + Experience managing multi-faceted go-to-market campaign processes requiring strong organizational skills, detail-focused strategic oversight, rigorous risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting. + React quickly with strategic thinking and proactive solutioning in a fast-paced environment. + Working knowledge of Adobe Workfront or similar workflow management tool. + Strong communicator; verbal and written. + Expert in Microsoft Office. **Preferred** + MBA or Master’s degree + Experience with Bynder or other Digital Asset Management tools + Creative or Media Agency experience **Education & Experience:** + Education: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree. + Experience: Typically requires 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility.
