Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future. **The Role** As the Lead Marketing Manager, Brand Media & Insights at Lumen Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand media strategy while cultivating deep customer, competitive and market insights. Sitting on the Brand and Creative team, you will collaborate closely with internal creative, Paid Media, PR and Communications teams as well as external agencies and research partners to develop brand media strategies that drive brand health metrics, and measure the impact on awareness, familiarity and audience growth. Your role will ensure that all brand messaging and communications align seamlessly with our integrated marketing objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth. **Location** This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S. **The Main Responsibilities** + Oversee Lumen’s brand media strategy, in alignment with marketing objectives and enterprise-wide paid/owned/earned plans. + Create paid brand media plans to drive brand awareness, familiarity and overall brand health. + Work with Paid Media and Comms teams to develop a single view of our Brand paid/owned/earned strategy and plan. + Assist in recommending the use of creative assets across P/O/E media plans to support campaign execution. + Analyze campaign data, trends, and insights to inform strategic decisions, articulating complex information into actionable strategies. + Develop a singular view of brand marketing efforts across channels, in partnership with stakeholders. + Foster strong collaboration among brand teams, agencies, and internal shared services to drive effective execution of media initiatives. + Facilitate discussions to ensure alignment and clarity in brand media and strategy. + Work with Director of Brand Strategy to coordinate qualitative and quantitative Brand Health and Insights roadmap. + Partner with Business Intelligence and external partners to incorporate business performance data into quarterly Brand Health and Campaign Performance data. + Forge strong relationships with teams across the organization including to ensure brand insights are incorporated into key workstreams. **What We Look For in a Candidate** + 5+ years of extensive experience in paid media, with a strong foundation in brand media and understanding of how paid/owned/earned channels work together efficiently and effectively. + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. + Working knowledge of brand lift studies, brand health trackers, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. + Proven track record of developing media plans that drive awareness and consideration, with the ability to articulate business impact. + Experience working in a matrixed organization, fostering positive relationships and alignment across departments. + Strong analytical skills and understanding of market research and digital metrics, capable of translating complex data and insights into actionable strategies. + Strong business sense balanced with collaboration and leadership skills. + Exceptional organization and presentation skills. + High level of executive presence, communication, and social skills required. + Experience conducting brand landscape analyses, brand competitive audits, and brand research analysis is a bonus + B2B and technology experience is a bonus. **Compensation** This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
