Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic senior professional to join our team as Lead, Marketplace Experience for Global Emerging Markets. In this role, you will play a critical part in scaling our marketplace by managing growth programs, driving tool adoption, managing marketplace health and streamlining processes to achieve business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions to identify challenges and implement solutions that foster growth and efficiency for our sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Management:
Lead internal and external growth programs to support business scale-up in global emerging markets.Define and drive program specifics in collaboration with business stakeholders.Program budget management optimization.2. Tool Implementation:
Introduce and promote the adoption of relevant internal and external business tools to accelerate seller growth.Ensure tools are effectively integrated and utilized for maximum impact.3. Marketplace Health and Compliance:
Manage seller health across all the regionsDesign and run the Seller health programsDrive Compliance and site policies.4. Seller services:
Deliver the business goals by driving the long tail seller managementDesign programmatic approach for account management5. Process Improvements:
Identify and solve critical business problems through process improvements and automation.Continuously streamline operations to align with business priorities.6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders across regions to align goals and ensure successful program execution.Act as a central point of contact for coordinating efforts across teams.7. Business Growth Enablement:
Drive initiatives that enhance marketplace performance and scalability.Analyze trends and feedback to refine strategies and deliver measurable results.Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA from a premier instituteAt least 12-15 years overall work experience with proven expertise in program management, process improvement, and strategic planning.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to engage with stakeholders across diverse regions.Expertise in driving automation and implementing scalable tools or systems.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Ability to liaise with and influence senior business leaders.Why Join Us?
