Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and empower a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and accurate pick/pack operationsCoordinate daily activities, including assigning tasks, supervising efficiency, and ensuring adherence to quality standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to determine operational priorities and successfully implement process improvementsConduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous growth and developmentStrictly adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse associates

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and individuals from different levels within the organization.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities with easeKnowledge of warehouse management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteForklift certification is highly desirable
