A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Manage and participate in the day to day tasks of the Warehouse team by establishing clear expectations and being a role model. Demonstrate an attitude of support and foster participation in the environment of continuous improvement  Assist in the pick, pack and ship of international shipments including the completion of required documentation. Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy Ensure production lines are not negatively impacted by Inventory Management by maintaining inventory accuracy and being attentive to production needs. Identify areas where safety corrective actions are needed and drive implementation Sustain a strong 5S culture through maintaining initiatives and identifying new opportunities for improvement Ensure that 100% of issues are resolved in a timely fashion and results are communicated to the appropriate parties Safely operate fork lift equipment. Ensure that daily equipment inspections are performed properly. Assist in development, creation and writing SOPs and work instructions.

YOU’RE AWESOME AT:

1. Knowledge, skills & abilities:

Good oral and written communication skills. Basic math skills. Good interpersonal skills. Demonstrated word processing and data entry skills. Familiar with GMP environment. Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays on occasion Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to obtain and maintain Tandem’s Forklift Certification in good standing. Must maintain valid driver’s license as well as good driving record, per company policy.

2. Minimum certifications/educational level:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Forklift certification required.

3. Minimum experience:

5 plus years of warehouse experience with increasing responsibilities in leading a warehouse team cGMP experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The starting base pay range for this position is $21.59 - $26.00 per hour. Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate’s location and the overall job market. In addition to base pay, Tandem offers a competitive compensation package that includes bonus, equity, and a robust benefits package.
