LEAD MATERIALS MGT TECHNICIAN-Per Diem-Days
**Employment Type:** Part time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** Under the supervision of the Supervisor of Materials Handling, the Lead Materials Management Technician is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in the management of Memorial Hospital Distribution Center (MHDC). The Lead Technician assumes management of MHDC in the absence of the Supervisor of Material Handling. 70% of time is spent in operations, assuring proper flow of materials and information within the department. 30 % of time is spent in supervising staff. **EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:** High school diploma or equivalent with additional college level education preferred. Must have a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in Distribution, Receiving, par levels, Inventory Control, patient charge systems and warehousing. Prior Supervisory and Meditech computerized inventory control experience preferred. **Pay Range:** $17.85 - $23.33 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
