We are looking for a Lead Mechanic to to join our Fleet team in Pomona, CA Responsibilities - Lead and supervise a team of mechanics in daily operations. - Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in trucks and machinery aerial skills is a plus. - Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to company standards. - Train and mentor junior mechanics, fostering a collaborative work environment. - Maintain a clean and organized shop workspace. - Communicate with customers regarding repairs, estimates, and service updates. - Assist in managing inventory and ordering parts as needed. - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Qualifications - Extensive experience in automotive and machinery repair, with a focus on trucks. - Current CDL - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. - Strong problem-solving abilities and technical expertise. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible overtime.
