Key Responsibilities

To deliver end to end media as per transmission planning guidelines and priority set by RF planning, to support circle monthly deployment plan (MDP) for 2G + FD , FDD, TDD, SRAN, TwinBeam, MiMo Should sync with circle media deployment tracker and ensure Circle on media readiness Should ensure daily/ weekly interface with circle MW planning lead, operations lead as defined in the WLA Support 100 % end to end “Junoon” ( MW topology correction ) MW deployment To manage Capex as per AOP by ensuring effective utilisation of dismantled MW hops, by having weekly progress traction with planning team Daily review of circle MW operations hygiene and ensure timely deployment for hop utilisation, frame loss sites, RSL deviations,LOS issues and other MW operations hygiene Should work with Circles, Fibre, ISP,MPBN planning with a partnership approach ensuring Circle achieves MDP targets

Experience & Skills

You must demonstrate Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders Good understanding of IP Networks Knowledge of Map Info,Global Mapper, Google Earth, Mentum, Atom, MetaSolv Hands on MW planning experience

Educational Qualifications

B.E/ B.Tech (Electronics / Communications/ECE) Work Experience 1-2 years of MW planning experience
