What You’ll Be Doing + Provide direct patient care, including vitals, injections, phlebotomy, and assisting with procedures. + Coordinate daily workflowsto optimize efficiency and enhance the patient experience. + Assist withtraining and mentoring new team members. + Ensure compliance withclinical protocols, safety regulations, and best practices. + Partner with providers and staff to enhanceteam-based care and patient engagement. What You Bring to the Team ✔Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)preferred. ✔2+ years of experiencein a medical assistant role (lead or supervisory experience a plus). ✔Highly reliableand committed to team success. ✔ A passion forefficiency, teamwork, and patient-centered care. ✔ Excitement aboutlearning and implementing new technologiesto improve clinic workflows. Minimum Qualifications Experience: + No less than 2+ years’ experience as a Medical Assistant + Experience with Electrocardiogram (EKG), taking vital signs, venipuncture, capillary and giving injections. Other Requirements: + Must possess a current BLS certification or obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire. OSHA Category This position performs tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids and/or tissues.
