Under the general supervision of the Manager of Clerical Services, this position supervises the day-to-day operations of the assigned SJHH Front Offices with the responsibility of coordinating Front Office staff and patient interactions.

Required Qualifications:

3 years Supervisor experience or training; 4 years preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years Experience with Medicare & Medi-Cal, Private Insurance Coverages and Authorization Processes. Experience with IDX, EMR and Meditech.
