As the Lead Medical Technologist, you will be asked to perform manual and automated testing, specialized testing and phlebotomy. Assists the section supervisor with QA and QC activities, Lead Medical Technologist regulatory compliance, and training/competency/proficiency of staff, instrument implementation, and special projects as necessary. Supports the daily operations of the department and assumes responsibility in the absence of the Supervisor to ensure the quality and efficiency of the department. Promotes a positive, team-spirited image to patients, visitors and peers.

Satisfactory completion of an MT Program with a bachelor’s degree is required. Must possess MT(ASCP) certification or equivalent.
