Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £44,292.60 - £48,493.54 (Based on full time hours - pro rata for part time)
Allowance: Outer London Weighting (£2,163.27 - pro rata for part time hours)
ResponsibilitiesThe Role: Lead Nurse
As a Lead Nurse, you’ll be the heartbeat of our nursing team, guiding and inspiring the nursing team to achieve excellence. Your leadership, clinical expertise, and creativity will drive positive change, ensuring our services are effective and impactful.
What You’ll Do:
Motivate & Lead: Bring your enthusiasm and creative leadership to inspire our nursing team.Deliver Clinical Excellence: Develop and implement clinical and wellbeing interventions that empower individuals on their recovery journey.Supervision & Support: Provide both clinical and managerial supervision, helping your team reach their full potential.Service Development: Play a key role in enhancing our services, adhering to best practices and professional standards.
