Who will you be joining?


As the Lead of AES, CSR and Diversity and Inclusion, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote an inclusive and diverse working environment at Allianz in Germany. Within your role you will be directly reporting the Head of People and Talent as well as you will be steering the team of experts, managing multiple stakeholders within AZ organization and working closely with various operational entities and departments across Allianz in Germany and SE. 

 

 

How can you make an impact?

 

Engagement Employee Surveys:

Ensuring an excellent Allianz Employee Engagement cycle as well as further employee surveys e.g. customer satisfaction survey or pulsing survey within Allianz in Germany and SE  Managing and steering end to end process from preparation to implementation providing an excellent employee experience Aligning the engagement follow up plans with operational entities within scope of responsibilities

 

CSR:

Development of a CSR strategy taking into account the structural changes at Allianz in Germany and in collaboration with Allianz SE Holding and global team   Development, implementation and expansion of further initiatives for Allianz's social responsibility also under the ESG aspect, to strengthen the identification of employees with the employer and employer branding 

 

Diversity & Inclusion:

Development of the D&I strategy taking into account the structural changes at Allianz in Germany and in collaboration with the group  Raising awareness among Allianz employees in Germany on the topic, especially for the strategic focus topics  Support of the AZ entities in achieving the D&I KPIs through initiatives and actions Active support in achieving new certifications and good placements of Allianz Germany in rankings & certification

 


What are you made of?

 

University degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (also internationally) with proven experience in developing and implementing strategies to promote engagement, diversity and inclusion Proven experience in developing business concepts, roadmap/plan, and solutions to senior leadership Experience working with projects that combine internal and external data (i.e. web, social media) is an advantage. Experience in strategic planning and execution Able to understand and interpret business, performance, and operation metrices, indicators and KPIs Proficiency in English and German  Demonstrate creative thinking and innovation Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels of the company Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Excellent project management skills Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
