Position Overview:
As the NPI Product Lead, you will be responsible for leading\nthe successful introduction of new products into the market. You will oversee\nthe entire NPI process from concept development through to commercialization,\nensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer requirements. This role\nrequires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and\nleadership capabilities.

Ideal Candidate Experience:
6+ years in product management, project management, or related roles, with a focus on new product introduction.Strong technical background with experience in product development processes, manufacturing, and supply chain management.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.Knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and product lifecycle management (PLM) methodologies.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Key Responsibilities:
New Product Introduction Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute the strategy for new product introductions, including defining product requirements, target markets, and competitive positioning.Conduct market research, customer needs analysis, and feasibility studies to assess the viability and potential of new product concepts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, operations) to create comprehensive NPI plans and timelines.Project Management and Execution:
Lead cross-functional teams throughout the NPI lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project milestones, timelines, and budget constraints.Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful product launches.Coordinate prototype development, testing, and validation processes to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for NPI initiatives within the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.Communicate project status updates, key milestones, and potential risks to senior management and stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and vendors to support NPI activities and enhance product development capabilities.Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance:
