Hours are M-F 7:30am to 4pm. **Job Summary** Performs a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. An integral part in ensuring that the Facilities operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting business activities. Assist employees and vendors with inquiries regarding repairs, invoicing, and maintenance PM's. Answers telephones, emails, and written correspondences. Monitor and maintain accurate records, databases, and other documents. Maintains records of maintenance and other facility activity. Provide education to vendors as needed and ensures vendors comply with our policies and procedures. Candidate is responsible for receiving, dispatching, and following up on maintenance work orders, communicating with business partners and vendors, soliciting quotes for services, invoice veriļ¬cation and updating work order status. Candidate is responsible for providing support to the Facilities Operations and Maintenance Team, as well as Environment, Health, and Safety Team, including coordinating vendor support to facilitate various repairs, inspections, and maintenance services throughout the company. Reviews and processes invoices, ensuring alignment with quoted and contractual rates. Provides clerical and project assistance. Parts ordering Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** Post secondary education or equivalent training in a health care or business related field is required. Associate degree preferred.
