Job Summary
The office/customer service lead is responsible for assisting with answering phone calls on an ad hoc basis as well as handle any calls needing further escalation. Supporting the ambulatory business office, the office lead will perform clerical duties such as distributing correspondence, maintain/order office supplies, and assist the director with project tasks.
Job RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement :
High School Diploma or Equivalent work experience required. Associates degree in related area or equivalent work experience preferred. Typing speed of 45 wpm. Knowledge of good grammar, punctuation, proofreading and spelling. Ability to compose letters independently. Word processing skills required, preferably Word. Spreadsheet skills desirable. Ability to work independently. Ability to handle multiple tasks and determine priorities.
Minimum Experience Requirement :Two years of secretarial experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills required.
