Job Summary
Works under the supervision of the LVN Office Manager. Works closely with all office staff to ensure they are working to the top of their Job Descriptions and titles. Assesses routine daily operations and continuously improves day-to-day operations. Works with various healthcare team members and leads the Quality and HCC Capture Efforts alongside the Manager. Ensures team is working on Quality and HCC outreach efforts on a daily and continuous basis to meet benchmark goals and targets. They will assist in training of new members and the process around Quality and HCC. They will assist in campaigns for patient screening, vaccinations, etc. Provides support with referrals and authorizations. Assists when needed supporting front/back office duties. Communicates important information to patients, physicians, providers and hospitals. Coordinates scheduling between the primary care office and specialty ensuring seamless patient care.
Job Requirements
a. Minimum Education Requirement: High school graduate and/or some college.
b. Minimum Experience Requirement: Three years general office/clerical experience preferred. Supervisory experience required. Healthcare experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
c. Minimum License Requirement: Medical Assistant Certification preferred.

Pay Range:
$25.53 - $38.29
