Monitor, and analyse system performance and provide valid recommendations and suggestions to improve performance from an operational standpoint.
Proactively support the IT team to assist in the resolution of escalated issues and problems raised by other technicians and support agent
Collaborate with external vendors to acquire contracts for services such as development platforms and renew software licenses etc.
Develop, implement, and enforce best practice policies and procedures for the IT department.
Directs technological operations by studying organizational practices and goals.
Monitors an organization’s servers, networks, and computer systems for irregularities and performance issues
Ensures compliance with all internal organization standards as a step towards sustained quality of service.
Communicates all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
Assesses system data and error logs, along with user reports, to determine areas for improvement or repair.
Directs the activities of IT technicians, both to directly support end users and to assist with IT department upgrades and directive
Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance.
Manage strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring their compliance with the company’s needs and demands.
