Key Responsibilities
As\nan Operational Technology (OT) Security Engineer, you will play a critical role\nin safeguarding our most critical manufacturing assets. You will deploy a\ntargeted cybersecurity program and foster its widespread adoption throughout the\norganization, spanning global manufacturing sites. You will act as a thought\nleader to guide the organization in identifying and addressing potential\nvulnerabilities across diverse OT environments to ensure continued integrity\nand availability of our systems. By laying a secure framework for embracing IoT\ndevices and other intelligent manufacturing systems, your role will pave the\nway for future technological advancements. Assess the OT landscape in a variety of discrete\nmanufacturing processes.
Deploy and implement Honeywell\n Standard OT security strategies, services, and policies.Evaluate, test, and implement security\n controls and measures.Collaborate with Honeywell Global\n Security, ISC Engineering, and Information Technology to create best\n practices and recommend program improvements.Provide guidance and training to\n site(s) on OT security awareness.Plan and prioritize work based on\n business value across assigned plants to mitigate cyber security risks.Build and maintain relationships\n with leadership within focused plants to provide assurance on security\n risk and minimum disruption to Operations.Support identification and\n implementation of security tools and design patterns (e.g. firewall deployments,\n microsegmentation, IDR, AV).Approximate travel\n requires 10-35% both domestic and\n international. Travel requirements may fluctuate based on business and\n project needs. This role requires a high travel component and provides exposure\n to multiple people cultures and locations.US PERSON REQUIREMENT

YOU MUST HAVEAt least 6 years of experience in OT security or related fields.Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and managing vulnerabilities.Versed in networking fundamentals and network security domains.Knowledge of common OT network protocols such as OPC UA, CIP, Modbus, etc.Strong background encompassing diverse engineering and production (factory, plant, etc.) environmentsRelated IT experience with a thorough understanding of its integration and interaction with OT systemsComprehension of the unique security challenges faced by OT environments.Project management experience guiding cross-functional teams to support security initiatives.WE VALUEBachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, engineering, information technology, or cybersecurity.Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional Certification (GICSP), ISA Certified Fundamentals Specialist (CFS), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar certification.Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing security landscape including trends in process, tooling, and threats.Experience assessing converged IT/OT infrastructure to identify security gaps and develop solutions.Proficiency with OT-focused security monitoring tools, SIEMs, and incident handling.Hands-on experience with PLCs, RTUs, IEDs, HMIs, etc.Applied knowledge of cloud computing and virtual environments within manufacturing.Knowledge of industry standards and best practices, such as IEC/ISA 62443, NIST SP 800-82, CPNI Good Practice.Familiarity with emerging technologies: IIoT sensors, digital twins, autonomous mobile robots, 4D vision, etc.Additional InformationJOB ID: HRD250942Category: Integrated Supply ChainLocation: 855 S Mint St,Charlotte,North Carolina,28202,United StatesExemptDue to US export control laws, must be a US citizen, permanent resident or have protected status.Global (ALL)
