Lead and oversee all aspects of aviation operations projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and enhance overall project performance Provide strong leadership to the project team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational goals and drive synergy across different departments Monitor and ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing proactive measures to maintain a safe and secure operational environment Prepare and present regular project performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and recommendations for improvement Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence

Education Qualification :-

Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Experience :-

15-20 years of experience in aviation operations Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex aviation projects Proven track record of implementing operational best practices and driving continuous improvement Experience in overseeing safety, compliance, and quality management systems Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
