Hours: 6am - 4:30pm (Mon-Sat with roation schedule day off during the week)

How will you make an impact?

As a Production Lead, you will oversee assigned production lines and their personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. You will develop operators' skills through training and continuous coaching, adhere to FDA regulations, QSR guidelines, ISO requirements, and cGMP standards, and coordinate production associates within your area.

What will you do?

Educate, train, and coach employees on safe and correct procedures.Organize and control production to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.Delegate tasks efficiently to meet production goals.Staff production lines with trained associates.Address quality assurance concerns.Create and maintain a safe work environment by engaging associates in safety practices.Ensure visibility of production performance and escalate issues as needed.Train and coach on 5S principles and conduct regular Gemba walks.Use visual management to track and improve production performance.Lead PPI teams to investigate and resolve production failures.Provide input for performance evaluations and support supervisors.Operate machinery and coordinate with maintenance for equipment issues.

Required Experience:

PC literacyMinimum of 4 years manufacturing/process experienceMachine operation experienceUnderstanding of quality systemsExperience in controlling manufacturing schedulesLine management experienceProven track record of achieving targetsKnowledge of continuous improvement tools and techniques
