Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing operators to ensure flawless production processes.Strictly adhere to and enforce safety protocols and quality standards.Successfully implement and coordinate daily production schedules.Determine and resolve any operational issues promptly and effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency.Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.

Requirements

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:Required: Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related fieldPreferred: Experience in a cGMP environmentProven experience in a manufacturing leadership role.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to compete in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Dedication to encouraging an inclusive and collaborative workplace.
