UKG is looking for an Lead Partner Services Alliances Manager. This individual will represent UKG on partner services relationships with responsibilities in following areas:
+ Enterprise Delivery partners – extensive understanding implementation methodology and key milestones in projects to support partners in ensuring UKG customers have an excellent delivery from the partner with certified teams undertaking the delivery.
+ Enablement / Resourcing – manage and communicate the enablement strategy with their designated partners, oversee certification agreements and outcomes, drive partner health and align closely with partners on staffing availability to support UKG led work.
+ Budget / Finance – working with their designated partners to accurately forecast incoming invoices and ensure purchase order cover to allow for timely payment, for the UKG Ready customers, they will partner very closely with their delivery partners to accurately forecast modules being delivered every month and tracking forecast accuracy to ensure managed services agreements are met.
+ Relationship Management – build and develop trusted relationships with partners and UKG, providing consistent communication on key updates affecting partners and aligning with UKG’s strategic objectives through QBRs.
The Lead Partner Services Alliance Manager (PSAM) ensures an exceptional service experience through accountability and relationship management of our Enterprise services partners. The PSAM cultivates and manages relationships, success plans, and code of conduct with each assigned partner and is responsible for the overall health of partners within their portfolio. The PSAM aligns partner service capabilities to UKG strategy, product roadmap, pipeline, and backlog, and helps to carry out various aspects of initiatives related to the partner ecosystem.
Essential Functions:
• Build and foster trusted relationships with partners and those that interact with partners outside of GPS.
• Facilitate internal and external status meetings to discuss metrics, performance and opportunities. Gather detailed information from all involved parties to make accurate business decisions.
• Partner with the Go To Market Alliances team to incubate new partners, ensuring seamless onboarding, enablement and support as teams build up their certifcation.
• Ensure ongoing and accurate data within the partner portfolio including but not limited to forecast accuracy, push percentage, CSAT, and Time to Live, with a willingness to contribute to the development of tools and data that does not exist today.
• Manage to and execute on partner programs under varying delivery methodologies.
• Identify enablement opportunities for ongoing partner quality and growth to ensure continuous improvement across the partner portfolio.
• Manage escalations in tandem with the partner delivery management team on Enterprise accounts to identify problems, paths to solution, and remediation plans to ensure problems do not become chronic.
• Identify opportunities to improve and find efficiencies to support evolving UKG Business Needs.
• Budget management – align with partners to have visibility into invoices that are being submitted to UKG to ensure where work is delivered on UKG paper commercial cover is in place to ensure timely invoice payment and accurate forecasting into the business.
• Reiterate UKG messaging around changes to the partner network and advocate for the partner as needed to ensure we are creating a positive partner experience.
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years in a Professional Services or Consulting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or other relevant combination of training and experience required
• Travel of up 25% may be required for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
• Executive presence to partner with senior partners at GSIs and UKG senior executives
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills,
• Strong escalation management skills
• Proven business acumen within the SaaS industry including revenue recognition and forecasting
• Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and derive solutions

The pay range for this position is $112,300 to $161,400, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
