Under the general supervision of the Manager, this position supervises the day-to-day operations of the assigned SJHH Front Offices with the responsibility of coordinating Front Office staff and patient interactions.

Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree. Or equivalent educ/experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience (AA preferred). Experience with IDX and EMR.

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years Supervisor experience or training.
