The Lead Patient Relations Representative (PRR) oversees the day-to-day activities of the PRR while functioning in that role. The PRR is the first point of contact to patients or visitors in person or by phone.

Required Qualifications:
1 year of recent experience as Patient Relations Representative (PRR) or equivalent. Experience with electronic medical records and/or computerized billing systems.Preferred Qualifications:
Coursework/Training: Some college. Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association upon hire. Experience leading others.Why Join Providence?
