What You Will Do:
Manage daily client tasks and issues.
Ensure Account Managers follow established daily routines and operating procedures
Identify, evaluate, and report client issue troubleshooting and resolution.
Daily Client communications.
Provide appropriate written and oral reporting.
Supporting the implementation responsibilities including Client checklists, workflows, and communication.
Evaluate and assist in monthly software releases and release notes process for all current Payment Automation Solutions clients.
Ensure issues are reported through the PA Support tool.
Meeting Turn Around Time (TAT) using technology and production staff.
Ensuring Quality metrics are consistently met.
Implementation responsibilities including Client checklists, workflows, and communication.
Any and all other tasks as assigned.
What You Will Need:
Requires a bachelor's degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience. (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree.)
Relevant experience coming from healthcare, banking and/or revenue cycle operations.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
3 + years’ experience in payment automation/healthcare solutions
3+ years’ experience in a client support facing role
Demonstrate experience with client practice management systems.
Proactive client leader that works well with vendors, clients, and team members.
A leader who can manage teams remotely to deliver quality solutions within TAT.
The annual salary range for this position is $65,400.00-$98,200.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
