In this role, you will provide a range of services to multidisciplinary teams with emphasis on outpatient practices of the UCLA Health-Behavioral Health Associates serving pediatric and young adult populations. Duties may include psychosocial assessment; care coordination, consultation to the team, individual, family or group psychotherapeutic treatment; liaison with community agencies; treatment plan documentation; and disposition planning and advocacy. Requires excellent skills in interpersonal communication and documentation, as well as clinical knowledge of individual, family, social and Cultural issues in mental illness. The lead provides training and orientation to all new employed therapists, attends the leadership meetings, supervises the triage and clinical advisor teams, facilitates case conferences, and manages the adult provider caseloads.

Salary Range: $86,900 – $197,300 Annual
