Job Duties: 

Perform engineering requirements gathering Design detailed performance engineering strategy Perform script automation using  neoload,loadrunner Design performance scenarios and test data Execute baseline, performance, stress test runs to identify performance bottlenecks Monitor the infrastructure, application and database for performance using APM tools Identify performance bottlenecks related application and infrastructure Work with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams to resolve the performance bottlenecks and validate tuning recommendations Report performance engineering results to various stakeholders  

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
