Responsibilities:

• Organize and distribute workload to maximize results. • Monitor productivity metrics for the designated area. • Provide training, tools, and necessary support to direct reports. • Ensure customers are scheduled and shipped correctly by the warehouse. • Create, control, and maintain procedures and program requirements to take appropriate action and comply with requirements. Collaborate with other internal departments to gather all relevant information and training as needed. • Serve as the primary contact for all functionality regarding warehouse requirements. • Write and facilitate the creation and upkeep of work instructions for all customers and processes in the warehouse

• Previous experience in a similar role within a distribution or logistics environment.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Familiarity with shipping management software and inventory systems.

• Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with different departments.

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize urgent orders.
